<aside> 1. My child needs to leave early. Who should I inform?

Do inform the admin team or your child's teacher on the day itself.

<aside> 3. My child is unwell. Do I need to submit an MC?

No medical certificate is required. You may submit the form for catch-up class to be done.

<aside> 4. My child can't fit into the shirt anymore. Can I get a new one?

Yes. You may request a new size at the front counter. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

<aside> 5. My child has left an item behind. Who should I inform?

Please contact the admin or come by the centre during our operating hours which is both Saturdays and Sundays 9.45am to 1.30pm.

Found items will be placed in our Lost & Found area.

<aside> 6. My child is unable to attend Saturday's class. Can he/she join Sunday's class instead?

Switching of classes is subjected to availability of levels.
